Inspection Summary:
Inspection on September 8-12, 1980 (Report No. 50-445/80-21; 50-446/80-21)
Areas Inspected: Routine, unannounced inspection of safety-related construction activities pertaining to installation, inspection and documentation of safety-related electrical cables.
The inspectio1 involved seventy-two inspector-hours by two NRC inspectors.

2.
Site Tour The IE inspectors walked through the Unit 1 Reactor Containment, Service Water Intake Structure, Auxiliary Building, Spent Fuel area, Control Complex area, and various outside storage and lay-down areas to observe construction activities in progress.
Par-ticular attention was given to housekeeping and storage of in-place electrical equipment and components.
No items of noncomplinace or deviations were identified.
3.
Electrical Cables and Terminations The IE inspectors reviewed the cable pull cards and inspection records for thirty. class IE cables that have been installed in Unit 1.
The IE' inspectors also reviewed the receiving records and qualification documentation for the cables involved above.
