Scope: Meeting held in the NRC Region IV office with licensee management to discuss reportability requirements under 10 CFR 50.55(e) in regard to reportability and documentation of significant construction deficiencies. Also discussed the reportability of other events of interest to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission not required by current regulations.

Management Meeting The management meeting between the NRC Region IV staff and Texas Utilities Generating Company, the licensee, and Texas Utilities Services, Inc., their agent for engineering and construction, was held in the Region IV office in Arlington, Texas, on April 8, 1980.

Purpose and Scope of the Meeting The purpose of the meeting was to review the reporting requirements of significant construction deficiencies in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e), and the reporting of other significant events of interest to the NRC.
