Area Inspected:

This inspection consisted of the second corporate ranage ent meeting.

The meeting involved discussions by both f;RC and the licensee regarding preoperational organization and testing activities.

The inspection involved fifteen (15) hours on-site time by six flRC inspectors.

Management Meeting The second corporate management meeting between the t!RC Region IV staff and the Texas Utilities Generating Company staff was conducted at tne licensee's offices at Comanche Peak fluclear Generating Station on August 29, 1979. The following licensee personnel were in attendance.

Purpose and Scope of the Meeting A meeting was held with management representatives of the licensee and NSSS Site Manager to (1) review the status of construction related problems; (?) identify the change in emphasis of the inspection program; (3) to clarify the licensee's program for staffing the facility during the preoperational and startup testing phases; (4) to determine the quality assurance renuire-ments which would be applicable during the testing phases; and (5) to advise

the licensee of the programatic requirements of the inspection program for the testing phases.

Items Discussed During the Meeting The general areas outlined below were discussed by the licensee representatives and/or the Region IV personnel.

Questions which were raised during the course of the meeting were discussed and resolved during the meeting.
