'Datt/ Signed Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards Branch Division of Radiation Safety and Safeguards SUMMARY Scope:
This routine, unannounced physical security inspection included a review of the licensee's response and actions relative to NRC Office of Insr.ection and Enforcement Information Notices No. 86-IN-27, 86-IN-83, 86-IN-88, and 86-IN-91.
In addition, a review and evaluation of pertinent security documentation was conducted in an attempt to substantiate several allegations relating to improprieties in security force operations.
In this regard, the following functional areas of physical security activities were reviewed:
Physical Security Plan and Implementing Procedures; Management Effectiveness - Security Procram; Security Organization; Records and Reports; Security Program Audit, and Personnel Training and Qualification - General Requirements.
Results:
No violations of regulatory requirements were identified.
