Dear Mr Robinson:
Thank you for your supplemental response of February 28, 1997, to our Notice of Violation issued on November 7, 1996, concerning activities conducted at your Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant facility.
We noted that you conducted a Maintenance Rule implementation self assessment and identified several additional potential noncompliance issues which require attention.
We exoect you to address all noncompliance issues in a comprehensive manner and wil'I closely follow your corrective actions in these areas.
We have evaluated your 'response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective action during future inspections.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
