Results Achieved:
The licensee counseled the individuals involved in the personnel errors.
Additional feedback sessions were provided to the operating staff on recent personnel errors.
Hanagement directives were provided to Operations Unit Supervisors and Superintendents with recommended interim actions pending competion of a Near Term Improvement Plan planned for issuance by December 31 '996.
Additional Corrective Steps That Will Be Taken:
A Near-Term Improvemtn Plan will establish the framework for sustained, improved performance in Operations.
This will be issued by December 31, 1996.
