1992, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the items which we brought to your attention.
Your actions will be verified during a future inspection.
Your letter states that the violation challenges your policy concerning what

constitutes adequate justification of technical decisions or conclusions.
Me do not consider that this violation, regarding a standby gas treatment system (SGTS) design change, challenged your policy.
The violation identified that your technical review of the design change was incomplete, and as demonstrated by your Harch 1,
1992 report to the NRC, which found that under adverse conditions the SGTS may not have fulfilled its safety function, that the design change was inadequate.
