2)Correctivestepstakentopreventfurtherviolations:Thisoversightwasduetoaninadequatereviewofpipingmaterialspecificationchangesfortheexistenceoflongitudinalseams.SinceotherplantdesigndocumentswereprovidedtothePSIcontractortomaintaintheas-builtconfiguration,PPRLbelievesthatfurtherPSIviolationsofthisnatureareunlikely.ISITheplantconfigurationwasagainreviewedagainsttheISIProgramforomissionsanddesignchanges.Inaddition,constructionandmaterialsdatahadbeenextensivelyreviewedforstainlesssteelweldmentsinsupportofIHSIandthedevelopmentofanaugmentedinspectionprogramforNUREG0313.ThisprovidesassurancethatsimilarISIviolationsareunlikelyinthefuture.3)Datewhenfullcompliancewillbeachieved:TheUnitIISIprogramisnowinfullcompliance.ForUnit2,theappropriatereviewsandrequiredISIbaselineexaminationswillbecompletedbytheendoftheUnit2FirstRefuelingandInspectionOutage,currentlyscheduledtobegininAugust,1986.Otherthanthis,nofurtheractionrelatedtothePSIprogramisnecessary.Unit2weldsexaminedduringthefirstrefuelingandinspectionoutagewillbeaddedtothecurrentISIprogramforthefirsttenyearinterval.
