In my letter to you dated June 23, 1986, transmitting a Notice of Violation involving inoperable scram discharge volume transmitters, the combined inspection report numbers referenced. in the subject section were incorrect.
The numbers for the combined inspection report which formed the basis for the Notice of Violation were 50-387/86-06 and 50-388/86-04.
