Review of As-Builts ( 37051B)
The inspector selected three cable tray segments to assure that the SAR and j
QAM requirements were complied with in the areas of location, routing, supports, separation, loading and identification.-The tray segments examined i
were identified by junction points 12730 to 12734; 7925 to 8445 and to 8444; i
l and 8219.
The inspector selected three as-built cable routings for examination to assure the SAR and QAM requirements were complied with in the areas of routing, identification, protection and separation.
The cables examined were 2*CA717, 2*VC504 and 2*NC792. The inspector verified the terminations at cabinet.2ATC4 for cable 2*VC504 and at cabinet 2ATC4 for cable 2*CA717.

The. terminations for cable 2*NC792 were not accessable because of con-l struction work.

corrective action identified in the report has been completed.
The licensee has replaced the silver plated contacts with gold plated
contacts for all E30AA switches controlling 48 volts or less.

(Closed) Item 370/CDR 81-11 "Use of Low Strength Stud Material" (10 CFR 50.55(e)). The final report was submitted on November 25, 1981. The report had been reviewed and determined to be acceptable.

identified in the report have oeen completed.
The licensee has inspected and identified the nonconforming usage.. The low strength i
material was replaced with high strength material where rec,uired.
