This will acknowledge receipt of your response of April 10, 1998, to our Notice of Violation issued on January 5. 1998, concerning activities conducted at your McGuire facility. We have evaluated your response and your original response dated February 2, 1998, and found that they meet the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
