NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-341/98007(DRS))
Dear Mr. Gipson:
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated June 5,1998, in response to our letter dated May 5,1998, transmitting a Notice of Violation associated with the failure of Mechanical Maintenance staff to adhere to Radiation Work Permit requirements for work conducted in the Radiological Restricted Area, at the Fermi 2 Facility. We have reviewed your corrective actions and have no further questions at this time. These corrective actions will be examined during future inspections.
