Our letter to you dated May 31, 1988, issued a Notice of Violation based on an NRC Headquarters-directed Quality Verification Function Inspection (QVFI)
conducted at your Hatch facility on November 30 through December 11, 1987.
In the Notice of Violation the Severity Level-for B was inadvertently omitted due to a typographical error.
Please add the following statement to the Notice of Violation, Part B:
