Areas inspected:

Routine, unannounced inspection of compensatory measures, security system emergency power supply, reports and records, and testing and maintenance.

Results: Within the four areas inspected, three violations were identified (uncompensated, inadequate vital area barrier, paragraph 2; uncompensated, inadequate assessment aids at protected area barrier, paragraph 2; and a failure to report discovered vulnerability of the safeguards systems, paragraph 3).
