Areas Inspected:
Routine, unannounced inspection of the safeguards contingency plan (SCP), physical barriers - vital area (VA), security organization, compensatory measures, security training and qualification (T and Q), access control - vehicles, and access control personnel.
Results:
Of the seven areas inspected, two violations were identified (inadequate safeguards contingency plan implementation, paragraph 2; and inadequate physical barriers - VA, paragraph 3).
