General main-tenance procedures were reviewed to verify that administrative controls consistent with current requirements were in place to ensure that main-tenance was properly managed.
The applicable controls were in place and were identified for each maintenance item on the job order form, 1000.24A.

Surveillance of Pipe Supports and Directional Restraints The purpose of this inspection effort was to determine that the surveillance of pipe supports and directional restraints was conducted as required by the ANO Units 1 and 2 Technical Specification, licensee's commitments, and approved procedures.
The inspector reviewed the licensee's procedures for inspecting pipe supports and directional restraints and reviewed the data from the functional test of the Unit 1 hydraulic " snubbers." The data indicated that two " snubbers" failed the bleed rate portion of the func-tional test.
Those that failed were evaluated by the AN0 Engineering Staff and repaired.
Additional " snubbers" were tested as required.
During a plant tour, the inspector conducted a visual inspection of snubbers HS-30, HS-49, and HS-50 and found them to be in satisfactory condition with proper fluid levels in the reservoir.
No violations or deviations were identified.
