Centlement Thank you for your letter dated January 18, 1982, in response to the matter which we brought to your attention in Inspection Report No. 50-368/81-33 forwarded by our letter dated December 23, 1981.
We concur with your contention that the matter described in the Appendix to our Inspection Report does not constitute a violation of the require-ments of 10 CFR 70.53(a)(1). We have accordingly modified our records to delete the item of noncompliance. We do believe the matter should be

corrected to assist Oak Ridge in reconciling Porm NRC-741 records of receipts and shipments and your response appears to satisfactorily address this concern.
