Inspection on November 30 - Decembc:
1981 (Report No. 50-368/81-33)
Areas Inspected:
Organization and operations, measuremente end controls, shipping and receiving, storage and in<.s rnal control, inventory and in-ventory verification, records and reports, and management of material control system. The inspection involved 64 inspection-hours onsite by two NRC inspectors and was begun during the regular hours.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in the seven areas examined during the inspection except for the following one item:
Failure to document all Forms DOE /NRC-741 represented by reported receipt activity on Form DOE /NRC-742 (Paragraph 9).
