Wilson of your staff and Mr. R. Crlenjak of my staff' on September. 12, 1989, concerning an_- enforcement conference to-Le conducted at the Region II Office, 29th floor conference room en September 28,1989, at 1:00 p.m.
The purpose of this meeting.is to discuss: 1) Vendor Branch inspection. issues as delineated in our Report No. 50-302/89-200; 2) improper impeller installed on the Raw Water Pump as delineated in our Report No. 50-302/89-24; 3) station battery tested to improper load profile as delineated in our Report No. 50-302/89-24; 4) DC components subjected to improper voltages, as reported by your staff-on September 7, 1989; and 5) improper voltage-to AC motors, as reported by your staff on September 8,1989.
