SUMMAR1'
Scope:
This routine, unannounced inspection was conducted in the areas of Management Support, Security Program Plans and Audits, Detection and Assessment Aids, Protected and Vital Area Access Controls of Personnel, Packages and Vehicles, Records and Reports, Alarm l Stations, Testing and Maintenance and Compensatory

C Measures, Power Supply and Security Training and Qualification.
Results:

In the areas. inspected, two violations were identified.
However overall, results indicate that the Crystal River security program is effective and the security organization is capable of providing an acceptable level of protection for the station resources. 'In the area of logging and reporting safeguards events the licensee 4 had failed to meet the NRC requirements.
These events are further discussed in paragraph 2(e).
