Followup on Previous Inspection Findings (Closed) Open Item (298/8113-017): Meteorological data had not been provided in the control room for use in estimating offsite radiological consequence The NRC inspector determined that meteorological data had been provided to the control room via the safety parameter display syste (Closed) Open Item (298/8509-008): The licensee was to consider conducting querterly drills as part of training. The licensee had ;

considered quarterly drills, however, quarterly drills have not been performed. The licensee discussed the possibility of conducting quarterly drills in 1987-198 (Closed) Open Item (298/8509-013): Require formalized critiques of all training. The NRC inspector noted that the licensee had developed and~

implemented a critique sheet for trainin (Closed) Deficiency (298/8625-002): Lack of depth in qualified personnel for the General Office Emergency Center (GOEC). The emergency response staff has been reorganized and additional personnel had been assigned to the G0EC.
