This letter refers to the April 5-9, 1982, routine inspection conducted by
Ms. C. Abigail Evans of HRC's Region IV office. The activitie.s inspected were those that are authorized under NRC License DPR-46. It tether refers

to the discussion that she had with Mr. Leo lessor concerning her findings at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection related to your program and activities designed to protect against industrial sabotage and to safeguard special nuclear material. The inspection was based on the applicable provisions of Title 10 Part 50 of the Code of Federal Regulations entitled " Licensing and Utilization
,
Facilities," within Part 73 entitled " Physical Protection of Plants and Materials," and the specific requirements of NRC License DPR-46. Areas examined during the inspection are discussed in the enclosed inspection report. Within these areas the inspection consisted of selective examina-tions of procedures and records, personnel interviews, and observations by the inspector.

The documentation of findings of your control and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and your facility's security proce-i dures are exempt from disclosure.
