Thank you for your letter of September 24, 1982, in response to our letter and the attached Notice of Violation dated August 26, 1982.
With respect to Violation 2, 10 CFR 20.203(b), " Caution signs, labels, signals, and controls," requiring that each radiation area be conspic-uously posted with a sign or signs bearing the radiation caution symbol and the words, " CAUTION RADIATION AREA," we have reviewed your procedure 9.1.2.2, " Area Posting and Access Control," including the
" Restricted Area" definition, and withdraw Violation 2.
We have no further questions at this-time and we will review your correc-tive actions during a future inspection.
