During this inspection, one significant deficiency was identified regarding

the implementation of your Environmental Qualification (EQ) Program. This finding was classified as a Potential Enforcement / Unresolved Item in Inspection Reports No. 50-295/86016 and No. 50-304/86015 forwarded by our letter dated l August 7, 1986. In our letter, we stated that the NRC was reviewing this item in regard to possible future ent'orcement action. That review is now complet Based on our review of this matter, we have concluded that the identified deficiency was a violation of NRC requirements, as specified in the enclosed Notice.
