Included a review of Management Effectiveness; Security Organization; Records and Reports; Physical Barriers - Protected Areas; Lighting; Assessment Aids; Physical Protection of Safeguards Information and licensee action on previous inspection findings.
[The administration of the licensee's Fitness for Duty program was also reviewed].
Backshift inspection effort was expended to evaluate security lighting and assessment aids and to interview security force personnel.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in each area examined. The licensee's security program appeared to be well managed and very effective.
