Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions you documented in response to our correspondence.
It is our understanding, based on the referenced telephone conversation, that in addition to the actions specified in your response to Ites B, the PORC will review the fourteen cases of failure to follow procedures related to nuclear safety and this review will be completed by July 1, 1976.
These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
