Follow-up on IE Bulletin 79-16 regarding Vital Area

Access Controls and IE Circular 80-09 regarding plant communications systems.

The inspection involved 41 f nspector-hours onsite by one NRC inspector.

The inspec-tion was begun during regular hours; 12 inspector-hours were accomplished during offshift periods.

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the 20 areas examined during the inspection except for the fc,110 wing 5 areas:
