Licensee action on previously identified items of noncompliance related to physical

security. The inspection involved forty seven (47) inspector-hours onsite by one l

Regional based NRC inspector.

The inspection wi degun during a Sunday; ten (10)

inspector-heurs were accomplished during offshift periods.

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the twenty (20) areas examined except; for the following two items:

Security Organi-zation - Failure of a member of the security force to receive his annual physical l

examination (Severity Level V violation) and Alarm Stations - Failure of annunciator panel to indicate status of standby power source (Severity Level V violation).
