Response to I&E Inspection Report 50-271/80-11 This letter is written in response to Reference (b) which indi-cated that certain security related activities were not conducted in full compliance with Nuclear Regulatory requiremen:s and the approved Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan.
The alleged items of noncom-pliance were noted during an inspection conducted on July 28-31 and August 1,1980 at the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station, Vernon, Vermont.
The enclosed information is submitted in answer to the alleged items of noncompliance and is considered proprietary in accordance with Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 2.790.
