This routine, ' unannounced inspection was conducted in the following areas:

Physical Security Program for Power Reactors, specifically, Security Audit, Protected Area Barriers, Assessment, Access Controls, Alarre Stetions, Testing, Maintenance and Compensatory Measures. The licensee's actions re htive to NRC Notices, and prior Violations were also reviewe Results:

In the areas inspected, one apparently repetitive violation was identified:

Failure to issue a picture badge prior to entry into the protected are NRC Notice 89-05 "Use of Deadly Force" - was closed and violation 88-10-01
