Division of Radiation: Safety and Safeguards SUMMARY Scope: This routine, unannounced inspection was conducted. in the areas of Management Support, Security Program Plans and Audits; Protected and i Vital Area Physical Barriers, Detection and Assessment ' Aids; Protected and Vital Area Access Control of. Personnel, Packages and-Vehicles; Alarm Stations and Communications; Power Supply; Testing, l Maintenance and Compensatory Measures; and Security Training and Qualification.

Results: Inspection results indicate that the Oconee Security Program continues to be effective in most. aspects and the security'

organization is capable of providing an acceptable level _ of I protection for the station resources. However, in the' area of access
