Vital Area Physical Barriers, Detection and Assessment ' Aids; Protected and Vital Area Access Control of. Personnel, Packages and-Vehicles; Alarm Stations and Communications; Power Supply; Testing, l

Maintenance and Compensatory Measures; and Security Training and Qualification.

Results:

Inspection results indicate that the Oconee Security Program continues to be effective in most. aspects and the security'

organization is capable of providing an acceptable level _ of I

protection for the station resources. However, in the' area of access

control, specifically with regard to security related activities and

actions involving the corporate office, the_ licensee's other nuclear facilities and site sponsors for.. access. authorization, a generic problem was identified regarding timely identification and deletion

of access authorization for those individu'als whose ~ access is i

withdrawn, Paragraph 20.

In addition, a ; repeat violation was.
