NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-261/95-12

Dear Mr. Hinnant:

Thank you for your response of June 19, 1995, to our Notice of Violation issued on May 19, 1995, concerning activities conducted at your Robinson facility. We have examined your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.

In your response, you requested that the NRC exercise discretion by re-classifying Violation A as a non-cited violation and you admitted Violation B. This request for enforcement discretion was withdrawn by letter dated July 27, 1995.

We will examine the implementation of your actions to correct the violations during future inspections.

We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
