Report Nos. 50-259/81-34, 50-260/81-34 and 50-296/81-34 Thank you for your letter of February 25, 1982, informing us of steps you have taken to correct the violation concerning activities under NRC License Nos. DPR-33, DPR-52 and DPR-68 brought to your attention in our letter of December 10, 1981.
We have reviewed your initial response of January 7, 1982, and your additional response of February 25, 1982. We will examine your corrective actions and plans during subsequent inspections.
Your responses of January 7 and February 25 deny the violation concerning removal of an approved feature of the security system based on the establishment of compensatory measures and submission of a revised Physical Security Plan, which proposed deletion of the requirement.
Until such time as the provision for observing vehicle access into the protected area by CCTV from the bullet-resisting structure is deleted from the Security Plan by an approved change or revision to the Security Plan, the requirement remains valid, and failure to comply is a violation of regulatory requirements and our records will reflect that violation.
In that your supplementary response indicates that appropriate corrective action is planned, no additional response is necessary.
