Results Of the eight areas inspected, no apparent items of noncompliance or deviations were identified in three areas; five apparent items of noncompliance were found in five areas (Infraction - Inadequate protected area lighting para-graph 4 [259/260/296/78-11-01]; Deficiency - Failure to control access to protected area from a bullet resistant enclosure paragraph 5[259/260/296/
78-11-02]; Infraction - Security Procedures paragraph 6 [259/260/296/78-11-03]; Deficiency - Inadequate CCTV coverage paragraph 7(259/260/296/78-11-04]; Deficiency - Inadequate compensatory measures for isolation zone violation - paragraph 8-[259/260/296/78-11-05]).
