Areas Inspected:
Independent Inspection Effort. The inspection involved reviewing the circumstances surrounding damage to equipment. The inspec-tion involved four inspector-hours onsite by one NRC inspector.
The inspection occurred during the dayshift. Additionally, four inspection hours were involved an in-office review of a licensee investigation report mailed to Region III by the NRC Resident Inspector.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the area examined.
