/~ s9 Date Signed SUMMARY Scope This routine, announced inspection, was conducted on site in the areas of replacement and repair of the Reactor Vessel Bottom Mounted Instrumentation conduits at the Seal Tables and review of the Nondestructive Examination (NDE)

records for the Ultrasonic indications revealed during the inservice inspection examinations conducted on the Unit 4, Steam Generator 8, circumferential weld.

Results In the areas inspected, violations or deviations were not identified.

The licensee was very receptive to any suggestions made by the NRC during this inspection.

There appeared to be good management involvement during the repair and replacement activities of the conduits at the seal table and also during the activities for resolution of indications in the steam generator weld in Unit 4.

All other areas appeared to be adequately addressed.
