REPORT NOS. 50-250/86-40 AND 50-251/86-40 Thank you for your response of December 8, 1986, to our Notice of Violation issued on October 23, 1986, concerning activities conducted at your Turkey Point facility.

We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.

The compensatory measure you propose appears to be an adequate interim measure.

Please advise us when you are ready to implement the final corrective action so that we may evaluate the corrective measures.
