This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated September 17, 1993, in response to our letter dated August 18, 1993, transmitting a Notice of Violation associated with labelling bags of radioactive material at the Dresden Nuclear Station, Units 2 and 3.

We have reviewed your corrective actions and have no further questions at this time. These corrective actions will be examined during future inspections.

We have also reviewed your response to our concerns about radiological controls during the recent Unit 2 outage.

Based on this review and the discussion at the Management Meeting on September 24, 1993, at Dresden, we have no further questions at this time.
