Routine, unannounced inspection by one regional based inspec-tor and one inspector affiliated with NRC, IE:HQ staff of the implementation of the approved Physical Security Plan relative to Security Plan, Security Program Audit, Security Organization, Physical Barriers (PA/VA), Lighting, Access Con-trol (PA/VA), Alarm Stations, Detection Aids, Assessment Aids, Communications, Testing and Maintenance, Compensatory Measures, Response, Locks, Keys and Com-binations and Records and Reports.

Followup on previous items of noncompliance.

The inspection started during the off-shift hours and involved 76 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC inspectors.

8 inspection hours were accomplished during off-shift periods.

The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the 15 ar as examined during the inspection except for the folIowing apparent item of noncompliance and one unresolved item:

Physical Barriers (Vital Areas) - Mails and c'eiling of control room do not provide bullet resistance protection. (Infraction)
