On the TS markup and retype pages, the note was moved up in order to align 72 hours8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> with the action (formatting clean up).
On the TS bases page (and corresponding enclosure page), the word note was changed to Note for consistency with other parts of the TS bases.
A hyphen was added to 72 hour8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> in the TS Bases markup page.
Signature and date were applied to the cover letter.
