The report was created in the electronic format specified in Regulatory Guide 8.7, Revision 4, Instructions for Recording and Reporting Occupational Radiation Dose Data. The data fil e, NRC20 2 40408. dat, was submitted electronically on the Radiation Exposure Informat ion and Reporting System (REIRS) web page.

PG&E makes no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99- 04) in this letter.
