Enclosed is an American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, Form OAR-i, Owner's Activity Report for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant (BSEP), Unit No. 2. The report covers inspection activities performed during BSEP, Unit 2 Refueling Outage 19 (i.e., designated as B220R1) for the first inspection period of the fourth 10-year inspection interval. The report has been prepared and is being submitted in accordance with ASME Code Case N-532-4.
