Enclosed is an American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, Form OAR-1, Owner's Activity report for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant (BSEP), Unit No. 1. The report covers inspection activities performed during BSEP. Unit 1 Refueling Outage 17 (i.e., B 118R1) for the first inspection period of the fourth 10-year inspection interval. The report has been prepared and is being submitted in accordance with ASME Code Case N-532-4.

By signing this certificate neither the Inspector nor his employer makes any warranty, expressed or implied, concerning the activities described in the Repair/Replacement Plan. Furthermore, neither the Inspector nor his employer shall be liable in any manner for any personal injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from or connected with this inspection.
