Enclosed is an American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, Form OAR-I Owner's Activity Report for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant (BSEP), Unit No. 1. The report covers inspection activities performed during B SEP, Unit 1 Refueling Outage 16 (i.e., B 117R1) for the third inspection period of the third 10-year inspection interval. The report has been prepared and is being submitted in accordance with ASME Code Case N-532-4.
