08/01/2006 1:39 PM Subject: Typo on cover letter of HNP-06-101 Ms. Mozafari, as discussed, please note as necessary that letter HNP-06-101 dated July 28, 2006 contains a typographical error in the title of the cover letter. The title reads, "Licensee Event Report 2005-004-00,"
but it should read, "Licensee Event Report 2006-002-00." This typo is only in the title of the cover letter, and no similar typo was identified in the text of the cover letter or the enclosed LER, so no revision to the LER is warranted. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
