FORTHCOMING MEETING WITH TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY (TVA) REGARDING STATUS OF CONSTRUCTION AND LICENSING OF WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 2

DATE & TIME: Tuesday, January 12, 2010 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.

PURPOSE: To discuss the status of the Watts Bar 2 operating license application review, including major milestones and potential challenges that may impact the project schedule.

LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Two White Flint North 11565 Rockville Pike, Room T-3B2 Rockville, Maryland CATEGORY: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
