Your help needed on San Onfre Dear Comissioner and Officials and Authorities, Greetings.

I am writing to you to express my deep concern about the directions that energy development is taking in our country. The USA has lost its place as world leader not only morally, but financially and scientifically as well. The agencies that were developed to safeguard the interests of the public, are now only doing so for the private. It is imperative that we rethink every action before taking it, in light of the coming generations:

what benefits and risks "v:ill it give them, how will it potentially affect the environment that future generations must live in. If the answer to these questions is in anyway negative, we need to abandon the plan. Fukushima, Nagasaki, Hiroshima, Hanford, Three Mile Island, Chernobyl-how much more proof of the horrific dangers of nuclear power do we need? Safe, productive alternatives exist plentifully.

Let us spend our tax dollars, our time on this planet in ways that will be beneficial to the future generations and the Creation.

Furthermore:

A RE-START OF SAN ONOFRE IS IN VIOLATION OF ITS LICENSE ON ISSUES RELATING TO THE STEAM GENERATORS AND MANY OTHERS, THAT ALL THESE ISSUES MUST BE FULLYVEITED IN ADJUDICATED PUBLIC HEARINGS, AND THAT THE MANY LESSONS OF FUKUSHIMA MUST BE FULLY EVALUATED BEFORE ANY RE-START COULD BE GRANTED. Please see what you can do to take common sense action, ,,,,,ith a strong eye to the future of our children, in this regard. Sincerely, P.K. Restarting the San Onofre Reactor

Dear NRC Chair:

I urge you to vote against the restart of the San Onofre Reactor. A restart of San Onofre would be in violation of its license on issues relating to the steam generators, among other issues. All these issues should be fully vetted in adjudicated public hearings, and the lessons of Fukushima must be fully evaluated as well before a restart could be granted. Sincerely, Michael 1.
