DPR-39 and DPR-48) in accordance with 10 CFR 50.83 (b), "Release of a power reactor facility or site for unrestricted use," as documented in Reference

Following initial NRC review, an e-mail Request for Additional Information was received on October 30, 2015 requesting the following information in support of the ongoing review: S"Zion Station Historical Site Assessment" (HSA) -September 2006 c ZionSolutions ZS-LT-02, "Characterization Survey Plan," Revision 3, July 6, 2015ZionSolutions ZS-LT-0 1, "Quality Assurance Project Plan (for Characterization and FSS)" (QAPP), Revision 2, February 10, 2014 ZionSolutions ZS-LT-03, "Survey Plan, Non-Impacted Open Land Survey Units," Revision 1, June 11, 2013 ZionSolutions Technical Support Document 14-028, "Radiological Characterization Report," Revision 0, December 15, 2014 The QAPP has been revised since Reference 1 was submitted and the current document is Revision 4 dated October 16, 2015. The current revision is included in Enclosure 1 sent with this correspondence along with the remaining four documents.

Enclosure 2 contains a preflight report identifying any noncompliance issues with NRC electronic submittal guidance that could not be resolved due to the source of the information being submitted.
