3. ZionSolutions Letter ZS-2022-023, "ZS-LT-07, Survey Plan for Discrete Radioactive Particle Identification and Remediation, Rev. 2," dated June 3, 2022 Per Reference 1, ZionSolutions requested NRC approval to revise the Zion Nuclear Power Station (ZNPS) License Termination Plan (LTP). The proposed revision to the L TP included incorporation of a Discrete Radioactive Particle (DRP) Survey Plan by reference.

Following a discussion with the NRC on February 7, 2023, ZionSolutions has decided to withdraw the proposed license amendment request (LAR) submitted per Reference 1. The decision to withdraw is based on the need to re-evaluate the application of the LAR for ZNPS.

ZionSolutions requests that the NRC proceed with the review of the Partial Site Release (PSR) request, submitted per Reference 2, including the DRP Survey Plan, which was submitted to the NRC per Reference 3.
