"Issuance of Conforming Amendments Regarding Direct Transfer of DPR-39 and DPR-48 Facility Operating Licenses from ZionSolutions, LLC to Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (EPID-L-2023-LLN-0003)," dated November 16, 2023 By letter dated July 24, 2018 (i.e., Reference 1), ZionSolutions, LLC (ZS) and Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) [now Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG)] submitted an application, in accordance with Section 184 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and 10 CFR 50.80, "Transfer of licenses," requesting that the NRC consent to the direct transfer of Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-39 and DPR-48 for the Zion Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2 (ZNPS), respectively, and the associated general license to the ZNPS Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation. The NRC approved the Order involving the direct license transfer on November 26, 2019 (i.e., Reference 2), and subsequently issued the conforming license amendments on November 16, 2023 (i.e., Reference 3).

November 29, 2023 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page 2 The Reference 3 letter also forwarded digitally signed copies of the amended Indemnity Agreement for ZNPS, which is required in connection with the direct transfer of the licenses.

The NRC requested that the applicable parties sign the amendment, and within 15 days, return a signed copy of the amendment to the NRC's Document Control Desk as proof of acceptance.

B-59 AMENDMENT NO. 15 November 16 Effective _______________, 2023, Indemnity Agreement No. B-59, between ZionSolutions, LLC, and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated August 23, 1971, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:

The name ZionSolutions, LLC, is deleted wherever it appears in the indemnity agreement and substituted in lieu thereof by the name:

Constellation Energy Generation, LLC Item 1 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is modified by deleting the name Zion Solutions, LLC, wherever it appears in the agreement and substituted in lieu thereof by the name:
